i-Lab, winner of the Netexplo Change 2016 Award, Employee Experience category

On Friday, June 10, 2016, the 5th Netexplo Change Forum recognized i-Lab for the work experience it offers to Air Liquide employees. Created by the Netexplo Observatory, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Paris Ile-de-France Region and HEC Paris, the Netexplo Change Awards aim to honor large companies which undertake an innovative project in the fields of marketing, customer relation, innovation, management, human resources, and social and environmental responsibility.

The Netexplo Change jury is co-chaired by Charles-Henri Besseyre des Horts, Emeritus Professor at HEC Paris, and Sabine Lochman, Chairman of BPI Group, a HR consulting firm, and composed of international group representatives (Digital Journey, HR, Marketing, and CSR Directors). It awarded i-Lab for its ability to transform new ideas into new markets. In particular, jury members appreciated its user-oriented approach, its multidisciplinary teams, its openness to the global innovation ecosystem, and the originality of its premises.

Among 80 initiatives submitted, i-Lab was recognized along with Crédit Agricole for its serious game, AgriManager, which purpose is to learn how to manage a farm, and Paris Match 360 of Lagardère Active, which implemented a comprehensive approach to digitalize the editing part of the magazine.

Netexplo is an independent observatory that studies the impact of digital tech on society and business. Created in 2007 in partnership with HEC Paris, under the patronage of the French Senate and the French Ministry for the Digital Economy, it gathers 35 large French companies and aims to foster corporate digital journey.
