It aims to promote projects that combine both science and technology, within 10 industrial categories: Aeronautics, Food & Agriculture, Beauty & Well-being, Data & A.I., Water & Waste, Energy, Air Quality, Industry 4.0, Healthcare, Transportation & Mobility. Air Liquide is the sponsor of the Air Quality category, which was created in 2016.

All along the competition, the Air Liquide teams were fully involved into the Hello Tomorrow challenge. Group employees assessed the 40 pre-selected start-ups based on criteria such as the technological innovation submitted, the potential of the target market, the societal impact and the team’s profile. Air Liquide’s participation to the Hello Tomorrow challenge is in line with the open innovation approach of the Group. With this challenge, Air Liquide can identify a number of disruptive technologies, as well as potential collaborations within the global innovation ecosystem.
